All our dog walkers are certified pet care professionals who have undergone extensive training in animal behavior, first aid, and CPR. They are also background-checked for additional security.
Do you offer any services for pets other than dogs?
Yes, we also offer pet sitting for cats and other small animals. Our services include feeding, cleaning litter boxes, and providing play and companionship.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule a service with no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee.
How can I track my dogs walk
We use a state-of-the-art app that allows you to track your dogs route in real-time. The app also updates you with photos and a report card after each walk.
Are there any requirements my dog needs to meet for group play?
Yes, all dogs must pass and initial temperament assessment to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the group sessions.
